64-bit primary PCI bus
は AMD-762 System Controllerに直接ぶら下がり、
AMD-768 Peripheral Controllerの上位にありますね。
したがって、２本の66MHz/64bit PCIスロットは 64bitで動作可能ではないでしょうか？

確かに 下位にある AMD-768 Peripheral Controller は 32bitのデータ経路ですね。
